Kayleigh is doing GREAT!!!

Kayleigh has done wonderful with her recovery. She has amazed all of the doctors and nurses with how well she has done. This picture is from her resting on the couch only a few hours after her surgery. She was released in the shortest amount of time that they can be.

She has been eating what she wanted since right after her surgery. She basically woke up immediately and wanted her slushie. She had to drink water first, but then over the next hour she had a slushie, ice cream, sprite, two pudding cups, and a gatorade. On the way home she ate a cheeseburger from McDonalds. She has done better than anybody could have dreamed.
