Garret's Surgery

Garret has done GREAT since his surgery. He has not had any complications at all and has seemed to heal much quicker than expected. We have to give him eye drops for 2 weeks to help to prevent any infection and we have to keep him from rubbing his eyes. Except for those two things he is completely back to normal. He only tries to rub his eyes when he is ready to go to sleep or if he is just beginning to wake up. His eyes seem to be lined up and we have only seen them cross once since his surgery. It is common for them to cross for the first few weeks after surgery, so we are not concerned about it. He has a follow up appointment with his doctor on Thursday and then another one on January 20.
