Quest Academy

Tuesday night a friend of mine and I went to a meeting about Kayleigh’s new school. We both left the meeting feeling great about our decision to send our kids to Quest. She is still waiting for the next lottery to find out if her son has a spot.

The e-mail I received said that it was going to be a parent meeting, so we thought we would end up sitting there and listening to them talk. But, it was actually a question and answer session. They started with about 15 chairs and ended up having to bring in over 100 more chairs and many parents were still standing as well. With so many people at the meeting I think every question you can imagine was asked and answered by the board members. All of the board members seemed very nice and very concerned with making this the best school possible. The builders began pouring the footings for the building this week. At the meeting they had the blue prints to show what the school will look like when it is completed. I also got a sign to put in our yard to advertise the school.
